Welcome to Hong Kong and The Cityview.

Towering superbly in the metro district of Kowloon, The Cityview boasts sweeping urban views. Adjacent to the luxuriant Nathan Road and with the MTR Station nearby, we are within easy access to the local traffic network, towards both business district in Tsim Sha Tsui and tourist attraction in Mong Kok, such as the notable Ladies Market, and it is just 45 minutes' drive to the Hong Kong International Airport.

Apart from striving for improvements to satisfy our guests' needs, The Cityview does many things to help protect the environment and operate in a sustainable manner. Our high eco-friendly standard is continuously recognised by EarthCheck, the world's leading certifier of travel and tourism organization and we achieved Platinum Certified status for years. The check-out time is 12:00 noon. Half day and full day room charges will be applied for late check-out until 18:00 and after 18:00 respectively. Should you wish to extend your stay, please contact Front Desk at extension ’81’ for details.

Concierge handles your luggage, airport transportation, limousine hiring, postal service, taxi arrangement etc. Map, umbrella and wheelchair are also available at Concierge. For overnight storage of luggage, charges will be applied. For assistance, please contact Concierge at extension ’83’.

How to make an International Direct Dial Call
The sequence of numbers to make an IDD call:

  1. Hotel access code + International code + Country code + Area code + Telephone Number
  2. The Hotel access code is '9'
  3. The International Code from Hong Kong is '001'
  4. For example, if you wish to make a call to the United States at telephone number 808-288 2888, please dial 9 + 001 + 1 + 808 288 2888
  5. If the area code begins with '0', please proceed with the second number of the area code
Guest Regulations
  1. No spitting or littering is allowed inside or outside the room. No scratching on the wall is permitted.
  2. No personal belongings are allowed to be placed in the corridors or public areas.
  3. No prohibited articles or commercial goods are allowed to be stored in the room. Rooms cannot be used as offices or for commercial purposes.
  4. No heavy trunk should be stored in the room.
  5. Guests are held responsible for damages done to furniture or decorations.
  6. Please ensure that your door is locked before leaving the room. Personal belongings in the room must be taken care by guest. Valuables should be secured in the in-room safe.
  7. Guests are not permitted to use hot plate and cooking utensils in guest room, or other electric appliance(s) that are not provided by the Hotel. The Guest(s) will be liable for any damage done to guest room caused by improper use of in-room facilities or appliances.
  8. Guests are not permitted to bring in durian and taste it in room.
  9. Guests are not permitted to smoke in guest room and all public area inside the property, or a HK$ 1,000 sanitisation fee will otherwise be imposed.
  10. To avoid fire, please do not place clothes or cloths over the lamp shades.
  11. Guests are not permitted to clamour in room before 10am and after 6pm.
  12. No gambling or unlawful behavior is permitted.
  13. Guests are expected to be properly dressed in public areas.
  14. No changing of rooms or transfer of rooms is allowed without the permission of Front Desk.
  15. Guests are requested to keep the Hotel area clean, tidy and quiet.
  16. No pet is allowed to stay in room except guide dogs.
  17. Maximum capacity of guest room and suite is 4 persons and 8 persons respectively including registered guests and visitors. For security reason, all visitors are not allowed to stay overnight from 11pm to 6am.
  18. If it is proven that the Hotel Management is responsible for the loss of or damage to guest's property, the Hotel Management will compensate the guest at a rate not exceeding HK$1,000 per piece of property; such compensation for each guest will be limited to a maximum of HK$2,000.
  19. In case of illness, please contact the Assistant Manager at extension '80' immediately for a doctor. All contagious disease carried patient must immediately go to the hospital for treatment.
  20. To ensure the safety of guests, our staff may spot check room at any time.
  21. A registered check-in guest must be aged 18 or above with valid travel document. Guests under aged 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is an immediate family member for the duration of their stay. The Hotel reserves the right to ask for relevant documents as proof.
  22. In case of violation of the above regulations, the Hotel will have the right to request the guest to move out from The Cityview.
  23. The Hotel reserves the right to amend the above regulations.
